We focus on real estate matters, such as the purchase, sale, and mortgage financing of real estate, especially for investment purposes, including the formation of limited liability companies and Florida Land Trusts as entities of choice for real property acquisitions.
We provide real estate closing services, including title insurance at very competitive rates. We are title agents for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and for Alliant National Title Insurance Company.
We represent and advise private lenders to ensure "compliance-by-exemption" from burdensome federal and state regulatory schemes, and "compliance-by-adherence" to those laws and regulations which are unavoidable. We prepare and provide customized mortgage and loan legal documentation for private lenders, assuring them of having a valid, strong, and legally enforceable debt and security interest in the borrower’s property. We close or supervise the closings of our lender-clients’ mortgage transactions to assure the lender of an uncompromised first mortgage lien upon the real property.
